Applicability:

Every workplace with 10 or more employees.

Requirement:

  • Constitution of an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

  • Annual report filing.

  • Quarterly Awareness session with proof of meeting like participant attendance, minutes of meeting, if on line video of meeting etc.

  • No Grievance document to be signed by every employee after meeting is over .

Due Date:

  • Annual report to be filed with District Officer by 31st January of next year.

Non-Compliance:

  • Fine up to ₹50,000.

  • Repeated offence can lead to cancellation of license or registration.
