POSH Act (Sexual Harassment at Workplace)
Applicability:
Every workplace with 10 or more employees.
Requirement:

Constitution of an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

Annual report filing.

Quarterly Awareness session with proof of meeting like participant attendance, minutes of meeting, if on line video of meeting etc.

No Grievance document to be signed by every employee after meeting is over .
Due Date:

Annual report to be filed with District Officer by 31st January of next year.
Non-Compliance:
-
Fine up to ₹50,000.
-
Repeated offence can lead to cancellation of license or registration.
